The Lift Truck Log system installs easily on any lift truck in seconds with double sided tape. It comes with a special template, which when inserted, allows the Log to be used by both English and Spanish speaking operators.

There are 624 events that can be recorded in the Log. That provides 2-3 years of use to track your lift truck’s daily inspections.

It only costs approximately 4 cents per use, which is close to the cost of photocopying.

No paperwork is generated in this system until repairs are required, an accident is to be reported or a near-miss report is to be completed (see forms on next page). This reduces paperwork and management time required.

This NCR form is to be completed when repairs to the lift truck are needed. It details if the truck needs to be locked -out or if it can continue to operate until repairs can be completed.
